Graphic problem i think

Postby Silkcut on Mon May 30, 2011 1:58 pm

Hi
When i go to play one of the weekly tournaments the golfer ani is gone and the menu icons along the bottom are gone or only display bits of them, also the aiming marker will not be visable?
Yet playing a normal game not through the site tournaments its ok.

Regards
Robbie

if the ani is missing, you can't follow the ball flight in top cam, menu items are missing, etc, usually means you have anti-aliasing turned on for an nvidia card? anti-aliasing needs to be set to application-controlled.

very odd you're not having the same symptoms playing offline. lettuce know if that's the case. (8

sidenote: just for anyone keeping score, when you play online, there are directx files being used not used offline. so if you experience problems online, but not offline, reload directx.

sidenote #2: links was written for directx 7, and subsequent versions are supposed to be backward compatible. but only the developers know for sure, and they're not talking.
