Launching lobby games problem

I just tried to join a game. Clicked start and it pops up with explorer saying it is trying to download a file and was bocked. So I click yes and run it and it sayd failed to launch direct play.

I am on Vista using explorer. Links 2003 is not in the default directory, it is on my D drive.

Can someone please assist?
