PLSA Pro round 1, i was -15 after 12 an playing well.
Then on hole 13 out of the blue came the BSD. I had not seen that
in a long time. Not going to take the 2 strokes, it may just do it again.

what could have been :)

Blue Screen of Death Roy. The whole screen goes blue
an there are various messages. Not a good thing at all. You have to
reset your pc and hope it never happens again.
Actually it is BSOD

Doug, didn't you say once you were an IT guy? You must have some guess on what it could have been, right? About a week or so ago I started getting that mouse problem that I think I mentioned on here. I still have not figured it out. A wired Microsoft Intellimouse that I have been using forever. Just started to slow down on the movement, then I hear a chime, screen blinks and then goes back to normal. Have not installed any new programs that I can remember. Tried changing USB ports but no luck and have the latest drivers.

Oh well, hope you don't get any more and or figure it out.

Decided to try a different USB mouse to see if the same thing happens. I looked through by spare/new mice. Out of the eight that I had lying around, only one USB wired. Several wireless and two that had the old round plugin fitting. I'm sure there is an adapter for them but trying out the USB one. Will let you know if it does the same thing. Top one is the old one, bottom is the one I'm trying out. Tried on Links, practice and will need a little getting used to if needed.

Love the search for a perfect mouse! I gave up on wireless when my Logitech LX6 Cordless Optical Mouse finally stopped working. I switched to either a B100 or M100 Logitech wired mouse - $6 to $8 - and those models have gotten me through the last 6 years. Replacements are cheap! I rest my hand on it lightly, and response is great! Good luck to you!

I wish golf clubs were as cheap!

i'm using a Logitech M100 USB Wired mouse Pete .
have used it for years and its still good as new, except it wont get anywhere near 6:00 snap in Pro like i used to, so i went over and played Ammy and am still there ! maybe its the drivers or whatever .......
i'd love to have a mouse that nails 6 snap in Pro ...... i'd go back to playing Pro instead !
i know that i am hitting 6 snap, but it doesn't register as such - JUST missing 6 by THAT much :o

Looking into that update, it came out on March 1, 2016. I am running windows 10 22H2. So far I have not had any slowdowns. I am using now a Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000. My old mouse was the Microsoft Intellimouse .

Missing the snap in pro isn’t a big deal as long as you don’t miss it by a lot. Hitting the snap 50% of the time is good I would say

Wow never heard of it or seen it. Get dumped to desktop often enough and the game completely freezes ( my most frustrating fail) but never a blue screen.
Still on Windows 7 here so each day I get up I expect Links not to work at all

On windows 10, the Mouse and Keyboard program does not support either one of the mice I am using. The one I am using now, the Microsoft 3000 I can not use the "back" button on it. Windows 10 does not support it and in fact when I run the Mouse and Keyboard function it says I don't have a Microsoft product installed. Nice work Microsoft.

is it possible the screen refresh rate is not at 60 Hz?

i had that problem when i got my new computer it was set a little lower.

still do not hit the six as often as i would like but it feels like it used to again.

it also came with a wired mouse and have gotten used to it but that took a little bit.

good luck ... to fairways and greens!

Maybe Microsoft makes 2 3000 but named a little different. This is the one now I am trying.
